Week 4, Journal 1 and 2

Since I was born, I have been living in Pančevo. It's pretty poluted town, where  many people have some of lung deseases. But Pančevo had some advanteges, when it was industrial city.  At that time the unemployment rate was very low and the standard was pretty high, although Serbia haven't never been extremly rich country. We have here slow, lazy river and two bigger parks. Although I don't like it very much, I miss my hometown whenever I travel somewhere.

To live in Pančevo, the must-have is strong, healthy lungs, although they won't be healthy any longer. Pančevo, a small industrial town, isn't industrial anymore. Trying to live here becomes very hard, because people can't find job. In this part of country, life is pretty boring. To have more interesting life, people must go to Belgrade, a capitol of Serbia, and have fun. Their hearts feeling something is wrong, young people stay in Belgrade. Exhausted by the all disadvantages of this town, people move to other, better ones.

Week 3, Journal 1 and 2

The tired woman was yelling at her child, three-year-old girl, who was crying loudly. The girl would have been pretty if her face hadn't been red. Her mother first tried to talk reasonably with her, but she kept asking on for that toy and started to cry. The woman was devastated. She took her daughters hand and got out the store. Everybody could see the scene, yet nobody respondedIt wasn't theirs to say anything.

Week 2, Journal 1 and 2

red diary
large window
thin pencil
purple earings
Brazilian mask
dusty books
summer hat

think quickly
wear proudly
slip suddenly
drink slowly
get used to easily
look quietly
lay peacefully

Sophie was wearing her purple earings proudly.
The Brazilian mask he was holding suddenly slipped from his hands when he heard shocking news.
I was thinking quickly, trying to remember where those dusty books might have been.
We were slowly drinking our drinks when the girl with pink summer hat came in.
You should try to write with this thin pencil; you'll easily get used to it.
They were standing in the group and looking quietly through large window.
You'll might want to hurry home - your red diary lies peacefully on the table, totally unprotected.
